The car's data tells us exactly what's wrong.
Marque-specific factory scan tools read live sensor data, fault codes, and adaptation values that no generic reader can reach. Diagnosis is a documented process, not an estimate dressed as one.
Factory tools. In-house execution. No subcontracting.
Suspension geometry measurement, ECU coding, and module programming are performed on-site using marque-specific toolchains — the same systems dealer technicians use, without the dealer timeline.
Marque-specific scan: full system read
Geometry, calibration, and coding
Written report before any estimate
Every control module — engine, transmission, chassis, body — is queried simultaneously. Fault codes, live values, and stored adaptations are extracted in full.
Suspension geometry is measured against factory alignment specifications. Adaptive modules and driver-assistance systems are re-coded in-house after any mechanical intervention.
The diagnostic findings are compiled into a written document handed to the owner before any repair estimate is prepared. No work proceeds without owner sign-off.

One scan tool does not cover every car.
BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and Jaguar each run distinct control architectures. Rapid Repairs holds marque-specific tooling for each — reading parameters a universal scanner cannot interpret.
Calibration files, variant codes, and adaptation maps are sourced from OEM databases — not third-party approximations. The difference shows in post-repair behaviour, not just on a printout.
Know what is wrong before you approve anything.
Book a diagnostic appointment. You receive a written report detailing every fault, every affected system, and a transparent cost estimate — before the work starts.
