/ Seven Defined Stages

No hidden steps. No surprise costs.

Every vehicle follows the same documented sequence from intake to delivery. Each stage has a defined output, and work at the next stage cannot begin until you confirm the one before it.

Vehicle is logged, photographed at every panel, and a documented condition report is created before the car enters the workshop. Output: signed intake record.

01 — Intake

OEM-grade scan tools connect to every ECU module. Fault codes, live data, and system deviations are read and cross-referenced against marque-specific technical parameters. Output: full diagnostic report.

02 — Diagnostics

03 — Itemised Estimate

Every fault identified in diagnostics is listed with a line-item cost — parts, labour, and timeline — before any work order is raised. Output: written estimate shared with the owner.

04 — Owner Approval

The car does not move from the lift until you confirm the scope in writing. No item is added or removed from the work order without a second explicit approval. Output: signed authorisation.

Approved work is carried out using genuine or OEM-equivalent parts only. Each technician logs time, materials, and procedure against the work order as the job progresses. Output: completed work order.

05 — Execution

06 — Quality Control

The same diagnostic tools used at intake run a closing scan across every affected system. Faults cleared at diagnostics must return clean readings — the instrument confirms the fix, not the technician's assessment. Output: QC scan report.

You receive the full documentation package: intake record, diagnostic report, itemised invoice, QC scan, and parts traceability. The car leaves the workshop only when you have everything in writing. Output: full service record.

07 — Delivery

At QC, every ECU module is re-scanned using the same equipment and parameters as the intake diagnostic. A clean result is a technical statement — not a reassurance, not an opinion.

The closing scan is the proof.
